Yuva Sadan: An Update
A girl is #defaming them. That’s me!
As concluded in the last article, I posted about the case on twitter. It seems like my point was either not clear or the attempt to interpret it differently probably succeeded. This article is to make my point clear.

Let us have a look at what happened after the tweet.
Counselling the participants
After tweeting, Yuva Sadan (the chairman and the director) has been individually counselling participants who have been speaking against them by spending one and a half hour minimum with each person asking them to delete their tweets. They are asking other participants to comment in their favour.
Students who denied to delete were asked for their details. For them, a different route was taken by making their locals call to convince them to delete the tweet.
In fact some of my close friends and relatives have been contacted by called by Yuva Sadan to convince me to delete the tweet.
My friends have been very clear that I am not deleting the tweet and this issue would get solved only if Yuva Sadan directly talks to me. They seem to be scared that their call would be recorded. Mail is an alternative BTW. Well, I am eager to know what is it that they wanted to talk to me that they are afraid of becoming public.
Nov 9, 2022: The formation of the Disciplinary Committee
While sharing the notification about the formation of the Disciplinary Committee, the following message was sent out in the alumni WhatsApp group threating participants who tweeted against the org and demanded answers.
Summary: It says that #a_girl is trying to defame them (by sharing the exact same message sent by the director, about scrapping the award money) using #baseless_allegations for #Cheap_publicty by playing the #victim_card and doing it for personal benefits.
Rank 3 ko toh humne bataya tha (July 2022)
Rank 3 updated all the participants in the Alumni WhatsApp group as well as on Twitter (nice step!!) that he was personally informed by the director in July 2022 that the award shall be given in the month of December.
Understanding the keywords from these messages
“I have been trying to avoid these #propaganda (1)..but this #allegation is baseless(2) & only #defamatory(3). Yuva Sadan is going to give award money by in December (4).”
(1) — What #propaganda is it, according to Yuva Sadan? To defame the Yuva Sadan. And for this girl (me) to gain #cheap_publicity.
(2) — What is the #baseless_allegation on Yuva Sadan? On the basis of the message that Rank 3 probably received in July from the director, award money is to be given by december. Then why is she putting allegations! (Batati hu…)
(3) — Why is the step being called #defamatory even before tweeting? Well, according to Yuva Sadan it is for sharing directors message about scrapping the award money with other participants.
(4) — December me denge to kaha hai! Then, probably the director would have texted about scrapping the award money by mistake, that too… two different messages to two different people.
Well, they are claiming that the director’s most recently sent private message sent to an individual on Oct 26, 2022 about scrapping the award money is wrong and of no value.
And the message sent by the same director privately to another individual on July 24, 2022 should be held true.
Why made the director send the message about scrapping the money when it was to be given in Dec 2022?
In the words of the director (as informed by the participants who were counselled), “Because I was being asked about the prize money a lot of times (FYI, It was 2nd time I had enquired about it), I got angry and texted them that the award money has been scrapped with the sole intention to shut their mouth.”
What actually is this #girl’s allegation?

- They informed me and Rank 1, that award money has been scrapped.
- Then they were questioned about the act after the message was shared with other participants by me and Rank 1.
- They reiterated, and said they would give the award in December. (No other way out!)
So, the award money point got sorted very easily. What is still unclear to them is why did I then make the case public!
Yuva Sadan’s answer: For #cheap_publicity
If it is not a matter of money, then what?
Even after accepting that the directors message was wrong, Yuva Sadan has kept blaming me for spreading so called #propaganda and putting derogatory comments and convincing others to speak rubbish about me.
After getting informed by other participants about the messages sent against me in the group that I was removed from (for sharing the exact message sent by the director), I tried calling the person (the call recording wala guy — shared in the last article) as well as the Chairman. None of them responded. I dropped them an email asking them to call back whenever possible to discuss the issue.
I never got any reply to the first mail I sent them. Therefore, to ensure that my e-mail reaches them, I sent the email’s screenshot to Akash Sir, the Chairman of Yuva Sadan on WhatsApp as well.
Quoting the concluding sentences:
“Request you to find some out and call me to know my version of the story before the case messed up after my open reply to Danish’s message to everyone. After that, You might want to suggest Danish to pull off the message he is spreading along with an apology.”
Getting no response, I was forced to make the case public.
Coming back to #defamation & #propaganda
If we are talking about defamation, I have stated the facts clearly with proof where the promised amount was denied very clearly, not just to me but also to the winner. Now, not aplogising for the orgs misconduct and instead trying to pull me by making these derogatory comments is what actually amounts to defamation.
